Rock & Roll rest in peace – Chuck Berry has died, aged 90.

If any single artist was Rock & Roll it was Chuck Berry – he was one of the giants of 20^th century music, his influence incalculable.

As John Lennon once famously said; ‘if you tried to give Rock & Roll another name, you might call it Chuck Berry’.
